My philosophy towards lessons is simple:

If you have the willingness to learn, then go for it!

It's never too late to take up a new challenge, and music provides the perfect opportunity.

Not only is it fun, studying music has been proven to increase memory, concentration, coordination and self-esteem. And that's just for starters!

Whether purely for pleasure, to improve your technique or to work towards a specific goal such as an examination, lessons take place in my own home in West Hull, providing a supportive environment for learning. 

I am a registered private teacher with the Incorporated Society of Musicians and hold a full enhanced DBS check (available to see on request). I am also a qualified first aider with St John Ambulance.
